Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
I offer EMDR therapy, a proven and effective way to process trauma and find relief from its lasting effects. EMDR uses eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess difficult memories, making them less distressing and allowing you to move forward. It's also a powerful tool for managing chronic pain and the emotional challenges that can come with a chronic illness.
If you're struggling with the impact of trauma, pain, or illness, EMDR can help you find healing and create a more positive future.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that examines how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence daily life and challenges. First, we will create a treatment plan that will work to identify what is preventing you from reaching your goals. Throughout this work, we will challenge negative beliefs, behaviors, and emotions while gradually and safely processing the traumatic memories at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Part of the process is also creating a toolbox of coping skills to effectively manage the emotional and physical symptoms that may arise during this process. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy typically uses interventions such as exposure, reframing unhelpful thoughts, and practicing skills outside the therapy room.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
Living with chronic pain can feel exhausting and hopeless, especially when nothing seems to help. Pain Reprocessing Therapy is a mind-body approach that teaches the brain to “turn down the volume” on pain. Together, we’ll explore the ways your nervous system may be protecting you even when no physical injury is present, and practice techniques that retrain your brain to feel safe and reduce pain signals. Many clients experience less pain, greater freedom of movement, and relief from the fear and frustration pain often brings.

Individual & Family Psychotherapy
In my individual therapy sessions, I create a supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will identify the root causes of your challenges and develop a personalized plan for healing and growth. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic awareness, and mindfulness practices, which are tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Additionally, I incorporate family work—whether through joint family sessions or support for teens and young adults—to enhance effective communication strategies and strengthen relationships.
